第一次接觸計劃概要
第一次接觸（為期1-3個月）
→開始聯繫選定的民間人士
→全人類重新接受教育，包括那些被隱瞞的歷史：亞特蘭提斯和列穆尼亞
→電視和網路的全球廣播
→越來越多的飛船公開現身，最後成千上萬的飛船將結隊飛過天際；證明地外文明的存在。
為期兩週的觀察期
→第一次接觸：聯合國進行公開接觸。銀河中央太陽的能量脈衝進入地球的光體。地球的光體開始與銀河/宇宙光體同步；地球進入超光速粒子時代。
第一次接觸之後
→與銀河聯盟和揚升大師互動交流
→開始新技術轉移和新教育計劃
→開始清理污染和修復生態系統
→開始全意識訓練（利用揚升艙）
第一次接觸是地球的人類代表和正面外星文明之間的一次正式外交交流。昴宿星人則是優先與我們交流外星種族。第一次接觸非常有可能是在聯合國舉行，大眾媒體會充分報導相關訊息。
第一次接觸將拉開地球加入銀河聯盟的序幕。當整個過程若干年後大功告成的時候，我們就可以享受黃金時代的美好生活，實現長久以來的夢想。
人類要等到陰謀集團被移除之後才能跟正面外星種族面對面地交流。一旦第一次接觸的時機成熟，我(Cobra)會開始發表直接來自昴宿星人的訊息(不是通靈訊息)以及第一次接觸的活動指南。

Cobra : Yes, of course it is still an ongoing projects. There are people who are joining still, and it will be reactivated as soon as it is safe. As soon as the planetary situation is safe, you know, the Pleiadians will begin contacting those people who are part of the project.
