關於Cobra：

◎失眠不是病-是氣血問題-頭腦有濁氣火氣沒排走
～所以吃藥就算吃很久仍改善不多的(很多人吃幾十年仍在吃), 置頂文章已詳細說. 請掌握若方向偏了是冤枉的.最近睡不好的人很多-吃藥會覺得怪怪的-且可能還要一直吃：
◎奉勸若沒掌握問題把握住改善的方向, 請勿隨便停藥而擾亂了生活的節奏, 就算覺得自己已改善了, 也請漸進減藥, 且要有準備應付異常情況的準備. 但是曾遇到多位吃藥20年以上仍順利自我改善而停藥的案例(要有決心忍通痛將相關經脈的痧逐步拍出拍通...).
◎最近睡不好的人較多的是1."肝火旺"沖頭, 頭脹脹、人煩燥..多為"肝火旺". 養肝需長期調養, 可參考養肝的文章及做法.
2.近來因疫情及社會狀況複雜, 影響人心情, 若躺下時心情思緒較多則可考慮疏通心包經及任脈(可向下刮走濁氣).
3.肩膀酸緊一直是大家常有的問題:鬆垂雙手-五指張開略伸直不僵硬-輕輕搖搖甩甩-會覺得手指脹脹-就是在排或火氣濁氣, 手掌心長朝前(掠挺胸)是排心肺濁氣. 掌心長朝後朝外側-感受不同-可試試玩玩, 只要約10分鐘,就會覺得肩膀鬆了.
4.若覺頭昏昏: 坐在椅上時-將腿前伸直或向左右伸直,不用太用力-慢慢做-輕鬆按摩腹部及臟腑也拉到筋, 做一段時間再起身赤腳踏步(原地或走動)-排掉身體濁氣(寒火氣), 若能拍拍膀胱經-會覺得筋更鬆.
→較簡易的方法就是養成在室內"輕輕甩手+赤腳踏步)":任何地板皆可、放鬆身心、可邊看電視或聽音樂、腳若能提高些更好, 再搭配幾下擴胸、深呼吸、小腹稍微後收(膝蓋放鬆略彎), 對提高免疫力也略有幫助. 很多人就靠這習慣-慢慢簡化安眠藥用量.

Mjolnir is particularly targeting etheric scalar weapons grid which was created by the Orion dark forces during the invasion of 1996.
Scalar waves are produced when two opposing waves of the same frequency exactly cancel out each other:

The main thing slowing the progress of the Confederation fleet is the so called subquantum anomaly.
