當你吸氣時，你吸入的是耀眼的白光。

 

當你呼氣時，你呼出的是耀眼的白光。

就這樣保持呼吸一會兒。

現在想像一下，在你的以太場、你的能量場、天堂的能量場中，有一片藍綠色的乳白色光芒。

當你吸氣時，你會將那股能量吸入你的心臟。

當你呼氣時，你也將那股能量從你的心臟呼出。

感受你周圍那如夢似幻的藍綠色天堂能量。

吸氣時，你將能量吸入心臟；呼氣時，你將能量從心臟呼出。

再深呼吸一會兒。

你可以想像、感受或看到周圍的這種能量場——天堂的能量場。

想像完美生活的原型，天堂般的能量環繞著你，有光之島，有所有光明的存在，有你的靈魂家族，有乳白色的藍綠色能量。

當你吸氣時，你將完美原型的能量吸入你的心中。

當你呼氣時，你也從心中呼出了完美生活和天堂般的能量。

就這樣保持呼吸幾分鐘。

將新天堂的氣息注入你的心中。

從你的心中呼出新天堂。

我們就這樣呼吸了一會兒。

慢慢地，你開始重新感知自己的身體。

然後，你可以慢慢睜開眼睛

 

Close your eyes, and watch your breath coming in and out.

And as you breathe in, you breathe in Brilliant White Light.

As you breathe out, you breathe out Brilliant White Light.

And just keep breathing like this for a brief moment.

And now visualize a field of bluish-green opalescent light in the etheric field, the energy field of you, the energy field of paradise.

And as you breathe in, you breathe that energy into your heart.

And as you breathe out, you breathe that energy out from your heart.

Feel the opalescent bluish-green paradise energy around your field.

And as you breathe in, you breathe that energy into your heart; as you breathe out, you breathe it out from your heart.

Keep breathing for a few moments.

And you can visualize, or feel, or see this energy field around you – the energy field of paradise.

And visualize the archetype of the perfect life, the energy of paradise around you, with islands of light, with all the beings of light, with your soul family, with the opalescent bluish-green energy.

And as you breathe in, you breathe the energy of the perfect archetype into your heart.

And as you breathe out, you breathe out the energy of the perfect life and of paradise from your heart.

And just keep breathing like this for a few moments.

Breathe the New Paradise into your heart.

And breathe the New Paradise out from your heart.

And we just keep breathing like this for a few moments.

And slowly you are beginning to become aware of your physical body again.

And slowly you can open your eyes
