Meditation and Decree for Healing from Sexual Trauma

 We, the Divine Feminine, now rise as a radiant force, called to nourish, connect and uplift our sisters with a sacred responsibility to heal and transform the world – a mission intertwined with the rise of the Divine Masculine, for we must meet in wholeness and ascend together.

Our power flows from our depths, but it demands that we first release the deep-rooted sexual trauma that has bound us. We acknowledge and renounce the distortion and misuse of sexual energy as a destructive force that has deeply scarred this planet through exploitation, objectification and disconnection. Our healing is a sacred duty, not only for ourselves, but for the harmony of all. With steadfast courage, we unravel the chains of shame and fear through meditation, self-compassion and deeply trusted sisterhood. We must reclaim our bodies as Temples of Divine Light. Therefore, in the Highest Love, this meditation and decree have been created, and we invite you to join us on this sacred journey to wholeness. Here are the instructions: 1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness. 2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool for healing from sexual trauma in order to fully embody the Divine Feminine and to support and stand beside the Divine Masculine in this critically important time of planetary liberation. 3. Call upon the Violet Flame to place a circle of protection around you, during and after the meditation. Ask it to transmute anything that does not serve the Light. While sitting in this Violet Flame circle, for additional protection, visualize a golden Flower of Life sphere surrounding your energy field. 4. Call upon your beloved Family of Light, your Soul Family, and all of your guides to bear witness and hold you in their love as you sit in this harmonious space of pure Light. 5. Now, as you sit within the Violet Flame circle, surrounded by the golden Flower of Life sphere, see yourself holding a single, long-stemmed red rose. Hold the rose between your palms and place it over your heart chakra. Breathe in the scent and divine essence of the rose, allowing it to overflow your physical body, and then all your energy bodies, permeating the entire area within the Violet Flame protection circle. You are now enveloped in the sacred and mystic energy of the Rose. Breathe this energy into your body for a few minutes, feeling a deep healing and peace beginning to take root within you. 6. Now, visualize a Rose Red pillar of Light coming from the Galactic Central Sun, then through our solar system, through you, and to the center of the earth, then a Rose Red pillar of Light from the center of Earth going through you, our solar system, and back to the Galactic Central Sun. You are now sitting in two pillars of Rose Red Light, the Light flowing in both directions. 7. Call upon the presence of the Goddess, the Divine Feminine that you resonate with most, such as Goddess Isis, Mary Magdalene, or Quan Yin. Know that you are divinely held and protected by the Goddess Herself, and no further harm shall come to you. 8. And now, state the following decree, out loud if possible. If you feel yourself needing to cry or release emotions as you speak these words, it is ok to pause, allow space for that, and then continue with the meditation. “I AM a Sovereign Being of Light. I AM a Sacred Vessel of Divine Feminine Energy. I AM a Chalice that fully embodies Divine Love and Sacred Sexual Energy. I decree and I command that all energies of sexual trauma, perpetration and distortion be removed from my body. This includes all my energy bodies across all times and all planes of existence. In the sacred presence of the Goddess, I renounce all disharmonious sexual energy, and I fully clear this within every fiber of my being NOW. I hereby claim my Womb, my sacred life force and essence, and I hold Her with love, deep within my being. I claim my innate Purity, Love and Innocence. I release all wounding, pain, and shame and place my sacred healing journey into the loving arms of the Goddess, Here and Now. So be it and so it is. Victory of the Light! Victory of the Goddess!”
